What’s there to love…

Things I love about my retreats:

1- Teaching and sharing my knowledge about the body while traveling.

2- Communing with nature. With the nature within our body and with everything that surrounds us.

3- Connection and friendship: The bond of understanding between all of us. We exercise, meditate, hike, eat, get tan and laugh together. The experience itself is simple, and yet really magical.

When? Winter, fall or summer. I always make sure to pick the most beautiful and serene places. So that you can have those moments by yourself, whether you want to read, swim, nap or get lost on your thoughts. And so that when you go to bed, you can softly melt into it.

Food plays an important role in our lives and during the retreats. As movement keeps us awake, healthy and strong, food nurtures us, connects us to our family and friends. It also plays a big role in our relationship to ourselves. We will pour love into your plate with organic, local and quality produce. Nothing is more blissful.
