At Bodily Perceptions gatherings, you will experience peaceful & tranquil yet challenging pilates class, fostering self-love, creativity, and empowered movement. Followed by a 20 min body-scan meditation that will leave you rested and refreshed. In addition, a certified local aromatherapist will create aromatherapeutic mist at each session to enhance your tranquility... What a treat! Of course, don't forget to hang out bit longer after the class. A glass of wine will seal the deal.
